The Management Services Bureau provides an array of services to all Bureaus within
the Employment Relation Division. Responsibilities for the Management Services
Bureau include business process analysis, statistical analysis, budget development,
fiscal and management analysis, administrative/clerical support as well as information
technology planning, development, implementation and maintenance.
The Management Services Bureau responsibilities spread across a wide variety of service and regulation related to the state's wage and hour laws, labor relations laws, industrial safety laws, human rights laws, and workers' compensation laws that are divided into six bureaus within the Employment Relations Division: Human Rights, Labor Standards, Safety and Health, Workers' Compensation Claims Assistance, Workers' Compensation Regulation and Management Services.
